Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our return, refund, and exchange process works.

- Return Address: Our warehouse is located overseas. Full details will be provided upon return approval.


Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed. If you’d like a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Cancellation possible within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us at info@cedarleafs.co.uk.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to us at info@cedarleafs.co.uk. We will resend the correct item at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for damaged or incorrect items
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, please contact us at info@cedarleafs.co.uk. We will resend your order at no cost. Refunds are not issued for lost orders.

Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin, please reach out to us at info@cedarleafs.co.uk. Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
How to Return an Item
- Get Approval First: Contact us at info@cedarleafs.co.uk with your order details and reason for returning. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Follow the Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions.
- Pack Securely: Be sure to pack the item properly to avoid any damage in transit.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for return shipping.
