We currently offer free shipping within United Kingdom.
2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can update your address by emailing info@cedarleafs.co.uk. However, we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cedarleafs.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
5. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days.
6. How long is the delivery time?
- Order Processing: 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday)
- Shipping Time: 5-9 working days (Monday - Friday)
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing info@cedarleafs.co.uk with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER#." If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
