My delivery is delayed. What should I do?

Why was my order delivered in multiple packages?

My tracking information isn't updating. Why?
Tracking information becomes available once the shipping carrier has processed your package. Please allow several hours for the tracking information to appear.
I didn't receive my tracking email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still can't find the email, contact us and we'll resend your tracking details immediately.
