Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can also track your shipment anytime through our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Depending on the situation, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
For damaged deliveries, please provide clear photos of the damaged package and product to help us process your request as quickly as possible.
